No Sew Cosplay: Sadao from Hataraku Maou

It’s just a matter of time before you take over MgRonalds and then Ente Isla is next! Of course, that’s only if you learn how to budget your finances.

Visor: A simple red visor like this one should be just perfect. You will need fabric paint to create the MgRonald’s logo on it or there is a method that I found another cosplay blog on where she used vinyl that’s iron-on. The iron on vinyl method will probably look more professional. You could also purchase the already complete visor on Etsy, but I caution against this if you aren’t sure you could make the logo look exactly the same for the polo (NOTE: I attempted to find the polo already made at a reasonable price and was unable to find one.)

Polo: It’s really not that hard to find a red polo but I found one that already has a black collar, which should make life a lot easier (make sure to order the red and black version as there are different colors but only one picture). The alternative would be to get a regular red polo and use some fabric paint to color in the collar and the buttons. You will still need to add details to the polo, however, that you aren’t going to just come across using the methods we talked about before with the visor.

Pants: Some black work pants are all you really need for this cosplay. Nothing special!

Shoes: It seems that Maou is wearing some shoes similar to these though it’s hard to get a good look at them. Any tennis shoes with a black sole, black front and a brown back should be fine for this cosplay, however. Since it is a very casual cosplay, you could probably also get away with differences in order to keep the cost of the cosplay lower. For example, these less expensive walking shoes (below) that have a white strip on the bottom. Why break the bank and have to eat fast food before the convention? Oh, well, that would still be in character!

Wig: It’s actually very easy to get a wig that’s already pre-styled to look just like Maou’s but I feel personally that a black wig like this one is actually closer in color and is already a bit cheaper.

Now you should look strikingly similar to Maou!
